Can't get a grip

Ok, I'm the guy who had trouble telling leather from plastic, so I hesitate to bring this issue up, 'cause I might be missing something here too, but here's what the issue is this time: most of the time when I reach for the seatbelt hanging there, it won't pull. It's frozen there like I'm leaning into it or something. I'm not pulling too hard, and as far as I know it's not at some weird angle, but I'm a little guy, 5 eight and some change, so maybe that has something to do with it. Has anybody else had this happen, and do you have a trick or workaround. I don't want to sit there trying to talk the belt into relaxing while people stare :D

You have a warranty claim.

It sounds like the inertia recoil catch is really over sensative or maybe there is something even more dangerous going on. I would have it repaired ASAP as you can't be sure it will even work when needed.
