Connecting the LG Dare to Bluetooth handfree

In our C300, I was able to connect my wife's LG Dare (VX9700) via bluetooth. However, when we dial out or answer a call, we can't hear the other person and the other person can't hear us. I tried every setting I can think of for the car and phone to make it work, but still can't hear anything. We can dial out, but can't hear the "ringing" when it's making a call. Any suggestions? My Treo650 work fine. I'm thinking it's her phone.

Thanks,

Turn the phone off wait a few seconds and turn it back on. One of the reasons I got rid of my Dare
