Curb Rashes Repair in the Bay Area

Both of my driver side rims' chrome lips now have curb rashes, does anyone know how much it would cost me to fix them? also where can I get them repaired in the Bay area?

Thats a stainless steel lip. Can't be fixed. Sorry looks like you're buying 2 new rims.

Robert, try Pacific Rims. They're a bit up north in Pittsburg, but asking around, I heard good things about them. http://www.pacrims.com/contact.html

u can try polishing them out with sand paper start low grit and work your way up and i think finish it with like a 800 or 1000 grit sand paper

Sad news.... Called Monarch, they said because the Euro 63RS has the stainless steel lip, and also being a one piece wheel, it could be a challenge to fix.

Just an update, I went with Rolling Stock @ 16th and Mission last Saturday. All I have to say is, they are very patience and tried their best to polish the rashes off. Their price is very reasonable, also, they are the only one in the area that can promise a same day turnaround on a Saturday.

Again, bottomline is - SOL for anyone (like me) that has curb rashes on stainless steel lips...

I will post some pix when I get home tonight.
