You may be able to have it reconditioned (if there are no punctures that is). Goto a good bodyshop or try to find a bumper reconditioning specialist in your area.

what do you mean by punctures?
also is there anything behind that part of the bumper that could be damaged the fog lights still work..also the washer thing is messed up how much do you think that would cost?

do you think i would need a new bumper for that? If it is just labor then I think i can get a good deal because my dad goes to a guy to get all of the limos fixed all of the time.

I got an estimate from a place here for 675.. dose that sound about right to you guys? I will goto more places tomorrow since it is raining so hard today.

Now you go to shop B and ask them if they can do it for less than shop A's price of 675. I would try to get it down to $500
