help with the wheels im getting
Hey guys, I'm getting 19x8.5 front and back wheels.
What's the most I can go with the tires? I was told I can't go on the rear 275 with 8.5"?
Thanks for helping
Paul

I would say your tire guy is right.
A quick google search for just about any tire size calculator will tell you that a 275/30/19 tire will need a 9.5" wide rim. 265/30/19 will need at least a 9" wheel but 9.5 is more realistic.
For a 8.5" 255 is as wide as you should go. Don't stretch it, it'll look funny and be unsafe.
Check out 1010tires calculator, it works pretty well.
Good luck.
