Seatbelt warning light and sound
Today I got my C350 and I was wondering if there is any way I can disactivate the seatbelt warning sound especially. I always use seatbelt but I don't want the car to remind me.
I will post pictures after I get the H&R sport springs on.
Is there a recommendation for a Miami shop that can do the installation?
Thanks in advance for any info.

Are you talking about the annoying 12 beeps when you start the car or the "ongoing" warning when you are moving without the belt on? The 12 beeps only sound if you are not buckled in and will stop once you click the buckle.

It's not only that
When you have a passanger in the car you don't have to ask, can you wear your seatbelt please all the time. I am not Mother Teresa you know.

not sure there is any work around as I doubt many vendors want to make a product specifically to defeat a "safety" device...love how manufacturs have to cater to the lowest common denominator...

im more annoyed by the 12 beeps at start up, because i usually start the engine before putting on my seat belt.
but the passenger belt is more like a ding--ding, then it becomes a DING DING DING DING DING, but then after 1 minute or so, it shuts off automatically

Although Washington is a fairly high belt compliance state, I still see people daily unbelted. The fine should be $500 for these morons.
Not to mention the hand held cell phone users despite it's illegality.
