New Wheels and Painted grille PICS

Alright so I just had some new wheels put on (18")...got a great deal from Vince at power pro wheels (amg reps)
I also had the brushed chrome on my grille painted black...I think the grille, wheels, and pano roof match up nicely...
I'm thinking about tinting the clear part on the tail lights...if anyone has that done and has pics...post up! I don't wanna go too crazy on the mods...I have clear side markers that need to be installed...then I'm pretty much done I think!

Sorry for the Iphone pics...my regular camera was dead

I'll post more up in the picture thread after a detail

Judging by the pics it looks like the wheels are sticking out too much, what are the ET and width on those wheels?

Yes they look nice but your ET is wrong. I'm guessing 10-20 too low, this means you can't lower it and severe holes might make your tyre slam into the bodywork
You can get a lower ET wheel (this looks like E-class ET?) if you can trade. If not you'll have to "mill" (draaibank as we say in Dutch?)

yeah, agree with Vic and gilles. Your offsets are off and your wheel shop should have warned you about that. They may work fine on a smooth road, but once you get that pothole, it's going to slam into your fender causing body damage or tire damage.

It might work just fine to drive around with as the camber angle and suspension doesnt spring the wheel straight up in a 90 degree angle, but IMO wrong offset looks just horrible..

I can get adjustable cambering arms made. Some negative cambering will fix that

Its very common that people get the wrong wheels to their 204 or 212, these two cars have a very high ET compared to older Benz models.

Do you know the specs of the wheels you have bought?, ET should be 40+

according to the website, they are +35.

Funny thing is that these wheels need spacers to clear AMG brakes... on a C63 AMG, they would poke WAY out. haha

the biggest mistake people make when buying new rims. They DO fit...they just don't fit well. I'd see if he'll give you a refund
