I think the first one in terms of length (from what it seems at least) may be the best choice, because all 12 inch xpipes have been shorter than the resonator in terms of length and have required us to have the exhaust shop use some extensions. If you do get it, POST A SOUND CLIP PLEASE! I'm interested.

Does anyone know the exact lenght the x-pipe needs to be and is it welded in or clamped.

I am pretty sure everyone here has had to have extensions added to one end of their x pipe to extend it to the proper length. It is simple, cheap and easy for any shop to do this. If you want, the shop can use the factory clamps(on the front side I believe) and weld the rear connection or use additional clamps if you prefer. If you do that, the total replaced area is going to be a little longer...maybe another 6-12 inches to reach the factory clamp.
