As much as I'd like them to be okay as well, I highly doubt that.

"3 Ericsson executives killed in car accident in Turkey

The accident occurred when the executives were heading from Istanbul to Ankara. The car collided with a truck in Bolu province. Ericsson Turkey's Sales Director Bekir Volkan, Business Development executive Bahadir Asar and financial executive Ali Uncu died."

Horrible scene.

I see that the car ran under the trailer and stopped against the third axle which caused the square dent in the front.

There is a lesson here.

No, that is not what I mean at all.

The higher your speed, the farther ahead you must be looking. And anticipating that the right lane vehicles are going to move over in front of you. Trucks in particular.

road is main road and it looks like runaway at airport (LiKE F1)so it is wide. I used this road a lot of times. I think no road problem . my thoughts ;

NO question it is very speed . maybe this caused No control . if you are in high speed like F1 you must be under pure careful .my driving exp.
but the most important lesson here . cars are same generally . it has 4 tires and people use it . no important its names .

the other issue is glass siding ! I do not think if this car had'nt glass siding and had normal hard body nothing changed. what do you think of that ?

Agreed.

I have a friend that has no concept of momentum. Still thinks it was the other drivers fault that she ran into them due to their slamming their brakes on rather than the fact that she tailgates all the time. I asked her the other day what kind of flowers she liked. She figured out that I was asking about what to send to her funeral. How do you talk to someone like that who just doesn't get it?

not as bad but another merc driver in the news.
