Thank you for your reply. Regarding the exterior first, I am thinking to order the depo sidemarkers with the built-in leds but I would like to change the rear bulbs to leds. Do you have any recommendations of changing all the rear bulbs and not only the parking light? As per your response, is this the correct list I have to choose between for the interior:
-
Front foot wells (2 bulbs)
- Lower door panel (2 bulbs)
- Front dome lights (2 bulbs)
- Rear dome light (1 bulb festoon)
- Vanity mirror lights (2 bulbs)
- Glove box (1 bulb)
- Trunk (1 bulb)

Many thanks

Considering a purchase, but your website indicates "V3" as being sold out. What is the difference between the V5 version. I see pure white, amber and red is a blue version available?

V5 are our latest and greatest. Cooler burning COB diodes mated with our constant current IC drive to safeguard the components from minor surge events

Blue is not currently available. We're cycling to newer LED technology and wider range of color is not available yet for the design components we utilize.

Hey there. First time post. Long time reader. Recently decided to update the look of my eyebrows. I believe I have stock xenon headlights. Would you recommend 5k or 8k? I have a 2011 so my drl fog lights are what seem to be white and I have clear side markers with sort of blue LEDs (drivers side flickers here and there and that's driving me nuts). I've gotten ridiculous quotes for parts and install here in Toronto upwards to $180. I figure I can do them myself using your v5 with resistors built in. Any feed back or help would be greatly appreciated. I'm ready to buy asap!

Hi there. Glad you came out from the shadow and into the light

I'd recommend 5000K to go with your OEM xenons. It's a very easy DIY and we can walk you through or go read through some of the instructions here on these forums. You'll want our new 194 wedge V5 bulbs and they are plug and play units with built in resistors.

Thanks for the speedy reply! Was just on your website about to check out and oh man does that exchange rate hurt.

My brother has a 09 w204 and he has had nothing but problems when it came to his eyelids. Finally after getting 4 encoders and aluminum housing SMD leds he got it fixed. Hopefully these will be plug and play with no issues. Do you have any warranty if anything goes wrong with the bulbs? I just watched a few videos and read some threads showing the install and from what I can see the bulbs go bad because of improper install.

There is a 1 year easy warranty. We're on our 5th revision of our 194 units. Always looking at incorporating new technology and pull lessons learned from previous design models. Our latest V5 use the most reliable COB based SMDs matched with our constant current drives we introduced in our V4 model to help against minor surging.

Got them installed a few days ago, and they look great! Though, my fog lights now look out of place... do ya'll by chance sell LED's for those as well?

Your fogs use H11 bulbs. We have two options for you... Our Morimoto XB35 HID conversion kit (http://www.aznoptics.com/index.php?m...products_id=69) or our plasma LED conversion kit (http://www.aznoptics.com/index.php?m...products_id=92)

I installed the v5s in my eyelids and they cutoff within 20 minute of run time. I have witnessed them turning off and will only come back on after resting for a while. My thought is it is a heat issue. Any suggestions?

All 4 do this? There's no circuitry to cut function based on heat. We have these in our shop 204 and haven't seen this happen. Check your install point. Do you have the clip sitting on the resistor? If so, it's possible the break in burn off solder while the resistor heats up interrupt the feed, which could cause the SAM to shut power. Is there error code thrown during this? You can try shifting your install point by inserting them further in past the base resistors.

Please keep me apprised on this. I'm going to do some testing on this too by shifting install contact point.

Sharing a pic provided by one of our customers of our new V5 194 wedge LEDs and the level of brightness the new design has with just the city lights by themselves.

Happy Customer

Late Follow Up. Got the LED bulbs installed. Customer service was top notch. Couple months in with no issues (error free) on side markers, eyelids, & license plate. They were a little tough to insert due to the soldering at the tip ends where the circuits were attached. Had to really squeeze them in with some elbow grease. However, overall great product.
