Help on alignment

My car was a bit pulling to the right, the dealer insisted it was normal and did not want to align it under warranty, so I took it to an indy shop. When I got the report after alignment, it said "rear left wheel out of spec", and it showed camber is -0.7degree, while the spec is between -1.0 to -2.0 degree. I asked why he did not align it to spec, and was told the camber on Mercedes is not adjustable. Is that true? or just BS? could anyone share the the alignment spec of W204 C300? Thank you.

Your dealer is taking you for a fool with that "normal" story. One of their favorites is that there is a built in compensation for US cambered roads which is of course pure BS. Other standard stories are "they all do it" or "we have never since this before" suggesting that you are nuts.

Back when my 2001 C320 developed a slight drift to the right, the fix turned out to be a slight caster adjustment on the right front. One of the senior techs took care of it after three tries by the parts replacers.

You might also try swapping the front wheels which sometimes will cure this.

You may need special camber bolts for alignment, but your stealership should cover it if your car is veering to the right.

Thanks for the input. The car goes straight after I took it to the indy shop for alignment. What bugs me now is the rear camber is out of spec and the indy shop told me it is not adjustable on Mercedes.

I understand that there is no rear wheel alignment adjustment on MOST cars & that the alignment is set at manufacture.
