Hmm..if that's semi-accurate I like it.

MBnewby 09-30-2010 01:14 PM

very nice!

LawRens 09-30-2010 01:21 PM

Rear end is looking like the 2010 TL, with tiny tail lights... Front end reminds me of a mashup of 5 series headlights and... idk. Yes, i'm a critic. Maybe it'll grow on me though, but at this rate i like the w204 better.

NJBNZ 09-30-2010 02:49 PM

Not a fan of the grill...sticks out like a snout like the Dodge Charger or the grill around the license plate. Everything else looks good

C300Kid 09-30-2010 02:52 PM

I doubt the proportions of the front are correct. I'm expecting something more along the lines of the new CLS.

RDVT4ME 09-30-2010 03:02 PM

It would be nice to see some more horsepower under the hood without having to move up to the AMG car. A 300 HP version would be very nice.

My thoughts exactly...

idk why, but to me, the exterior seems to be a downgrade of the w204.

True, but honestly they needed 300HP back in '08 when it debuted, so when they finally get around to upping the power, they'll probably need more like 330HP to compete in this segment...

I don't like it either..but then again when the w204 came out I HATED it for a full year and almost bought a 2007 W203.

Samieee 09-30-2010 05:34 PM

I think it looks pretty nice. Rear reminds me of the Nissan Maxima a bit

W205

I like the front, mostly, but the back is a mess. Too much detail.

I should be ready for a change about then.

RLE 09-30-2010 11:54 PM

Introduction schedule

So sieht das Programm für den Nachfolger (Code BR205) aus: • Limousine 3/2014 • Kombi T-Modell 9/2014 • C-Klasse Cabriolet 3/2015 • C-Klasse Coupé 9/2015.

I hope that the 4-door shows up before March 2014 as this says. Fall 2013 would suit me better.

jon3sh 10-01-2010 01:34 AM

I guess Im not keeping my 2010 when 2014 model is out :)

mac911 10-01-2010 01:38 AM

Um, probably still 3 years from January that they even unveil it. another 6 months to get our hands on it.

They love the rumors early, don't they? :)

JimPap 10-01-2010 02:08 AM

Headlights seem too small given what we're use to.

Glyn M Ruck 10-01-2010 08:12 AM

This is where the design language was going for the new C. I wish they would stay with the more sleek design. Benz cars are becoming too slab sided & SUV like.

Too muscular. Looks like a Chrysler on steroids.

Hope my W204 lasts 15 years!!

keith100 10-06-2010 10:31 PM

Looks awfully like the CLS, which is already on the road.

The hybrid version sounds interesting. I hope it makes it to the U.S.

The Archman 03-20-2011 09:39 PM

Too generic, looks like every other Japanese car on the road. I like the distinctness of the W204.

aowhaus 03-21-2011 07:21 PM

don't like the smiley front bumper opening.

Acapulco Bill 03-22-2011 10:55 PM

@RDVT4ME: The 2012 C350 gets CGI and 12.2:1 compression ratio and just tops over 300 HP.
One wishes that the 3.0L and 3.5L engines get the same treatment as the C250 which has a 1.8L twin turbo direct injected, which produces over 200 HP and (get this) 229 lb-feet of torque. Thats more torque than the current C300!!!!
