W204 Age Poll.
So I noticed one of these hasn't been started in almost 2 years so I figured I'd do the honors. To get input of new members like myself and long time members of the forum. Hope u guys participate, interested to see the results. No offense to those over 70 with the wider gap in ages, I hit the max amount of poll options!

2008 C300 Sport, 2010 RX350 AWD
How do you like the RX350?? Any problem w/ it?? Any wrinkles on your leather seats??
I didn't really like the RX350 prior to re-designed 2010 model and now I am considering trade in a 06 C230 for either 10 or 11 RX350..

I know for a fact it's never had any problems, except for a fuel pump recall that we took it in for. Otherwise, we've driven it across country several times rather than the Mercedes hence the heavy miles for an 08 and it's been great. Service is basically a toyota. I'm not a very hands on person and have never done any time of oil change/ brake job on a car before. I read a DIY and changed the brake pads all by myself, just to gain some experience. Oh, and the leather seats. Since the car is mostly only driven on cross country trips for extended times, the driver's seat is descently wrinkled. But it could also be because my step dad who does long drives is 6'4 and 2xx pounds. He can fit some how but yeah, his size might have an effect on the seats. Otherwise all other seats are like new. Even with the dogs that are not very well trained and constantly lick/claw everything.
As far as 2010-2011's, they're much more refined. My grandparents just bought 2 as company cars (Red color, and silver) and I'd take one over our style any day. More room inside, better styling, and higher quality inside.
1 recommendation, I'm not a fan of used cars but I'd suggest looking into one with less than 10,000 miles. Certified. Save such a bundle, plus these cars are in such great quantity on the used car market you take a huge hit buying new. Literally every house in San Diego has atleast 1 RX in they're garage but that's just my opinion.
Good luck on your purchase, hope my input helps!

I wanted white but I wanted a stick more and they only had black or red in all of DFW..I went black. I actually love it now..when it's clean.

I wanted white. But I got my car when they were clearing out the 09s. Sure I got a major discount, but it was either silver or black, and my first car was a black car and it was a pain keeping it clean/free of swirl marks and whatnot, so I figured silver would be a bit more low maintenance. But yeah. I like silver. And I got some mods down the road soon too, so I figure I'll end up liking it more.

Dang - a lot of lucky ''youngsters" as owners in the 20-25 bracket. First car after college maybe? Best I could do then was an 'awesome' Dodge Stratus

Incredible amounts of ignorance and age prejudice showing up here guys.....not good....my aunt and parents-in-law use computers every day, and they are in their 80s.

Hey now, my grandma is pretty skilled, she probably knows how to do more things on iphones than me! Unfortunuatly she still has yet to understand the concept of keyless go on an s550 they've had for almost 4 years now..

I'm gonna try and keep it in good taste. I think if I blacked everything out it would look slightly too aggressive. I'm wrapping the roof sometime soon though. Probably gonna tint/paint the tails too.
