Bought a new car, and it is not a MB...

Bought a new car last weekend for the wife..
A 2010 Lexus RX350 AWD pretty much loaded except for the rear seat entertainment..
MSRP $49K, haggling out the price of $41K + TTL..OTD price is about 45.5K..crazy tax here in CA..
Also traded in a w203 06 c230 w/ about 52K miles for $13K (w204 c-class seems to hold value much better than the w203)
the c230 is just out of warranty and from what I heard, maybe a ticking time bomb w/ numberous problems waiting to happen (thanks Crysler..)
Was looking at GLK as well as MDX, but one is too small and the other is too big..
Initial impression? I will continue to drive my C..it is so much more fun to drive compare to the RX350..
Also, MB owners sure are a lot more enthusiastic than the Lexus owners..
I was browsing thru the club lexus rx350 forum and was shocked to see how quiet that forum is..

Did the same got an Lexus RX350 2010 for my parents fully loaded well as you said other than the back seat entertainment, i love that mouse pad in the middle so freaking cool drives smooth as hell and feels nice. Got it at the same price basically as you did I put $20,000 down since we bought it out Lexus is very reliable in my opinion.

Yes, their forum is very quiet, isolated, without much feel or feedback, but it never crashes!

Congratulations on the new RX I was shopping for an suv a few months ago and looked into the RX but it felt too umm " floaty " and not that sporty but it was really really niiceee inside !! Funny but I ended up getting a MDX and i actually looove the size it with never feeling that it's " too big " but then again ummmm size doesnt matter no ??

Enjoy the ride
