As far as the stock lugs nuts it all depends on the wheels really.
A shop offered me a good deal for Toyo Proxes 4, but the size is 245 35 19 front and 265 30 19 rear. Any thought on this set of tires? Again, I don't plan in lowering my car. Unfortunately they don't have 235 for the front that would match the 265. If I use the 245 on 19x8.5 40 offset the rubber will sit flush, but the 265 on 19x10 with 52 offset would somewhat a little bit stretched? Does it look weird?

Any feedback is much appreciated.

c300 4-Matic -12
Hey guys! Just ordered 18/8.5" ET44 -front ,18/9.5" ET46 - rear for my c300 4matic wagon. And now im trying to buy tyres for those. Manual says that 225/40 ,255/35 for 4matics. I have BC-racing coilovers and i'am just wondering, will they fit at the rear? My last tyres on 17" was 225/45 245/40 when i bought my car. What should i get? Any thoughts?

I plan on lowering mine on H&R SS with 5mm spacers in the rear. Would I be good with:

19x8.5 44et 235/35/19 front
19x9.5 45et 265/30/19 rear

Don't use the 5mm spacer in the rear, you'll most likely be rubbing. I run ET42 and I rub with people in the back. Also you want to avoid using spacers unless it is to clear brakes.

I'm only getting rubbing in the fronts. I've tried thinking of every little thing that could cause such drastic results considering members such as yourself have ran the same setup. Unfortunately I've ran out of ideas.
Just a quick update for the record, dropped down to a 225/35 r19 and rubbing issue solved. Only thing I can think of is running the SS paired with bilstein B8's gave a lower ride height then that of SS with stock struts.
Definetly wasnt a cheap lesson learned. With that said, anyone looking to buy some 235/35 r19 Sumitomo HTR Z III's, I have 2 at a great price, message me.

Guys, am looking at a set of silver TSW Mirabeau's in :

8.5X19 (ET 32) and 9.5X19 (ET 40)
OR
8X19 (ET45) and 9.5X19 (ET40)

Tires will be the ubiquitous sizes - Michelin or Continental 235/35-19 and 265/30-19

I cannot find the correct offsets for a W204 anywhere, nor any pictures with them on, for that matter..Car is stock suspensioned.

Would really appreciate any input...as I will NOT be able to return them, if they don't fit.

Anyone running this combination?

None of the front options are ideal for the car if you need it to sit flush. The ET32 will poke and the ET45 being .5" more narrow will make them sit further in. 19x8 ET45 would need a spacer to sit flush. Rear will have a slight poke.

Thanks for the reply.
I don't want any poke..but would a 9.5 ET40 at the rear really poke?
There aren't too many pictures of 204's with ET40 at the back

I run 19x9.5" ET42 on 265/30/19 Hankook Evo2 on my wife's car. It is lowered on H&R SS though.

Not the best picture. But I'll see if I can find another when I get home.

It rubs loaded and on bigger bumps. But you won't have that problem at stock height.

Wow! That's ET42?
I'm getting a great deal on a set of Mirabeau's and that's why I ideally don't want to miss them. But can't have them poking for sure...

Are you planning on keeping it stock height or lowering? Just you'll have less poke when lowered as the wheels is going to lean in. It depends on what your goal is with the look, I go for flush fitments, but it's all personal taste. You might want to look into wheels made with custom offsets to make sure you get what you want.

Hi
The thing is I am getting this deal on only the Mirabeau's, Nurburgring's or a set of WSP C63 Reps.
It will be on stock height, preferably with 235/35 and 265/35

I believe he still will.

I've tried 265/35R18 on 18x9.5 +45 and it still rubbed on stock suspension using Michelin Pilot Super Sports.

I didn't think I rubbed in the beginning, but once you start going high speed you'll notice a rub here and there. I went back to 255 and the rubbing went away completely, but then again it all depends on the tire of choice, since PSS tends to run wide shoulders.

If there's any doubt, I would rather forfeit the Mirabeau's. As I said, they are non-returnable and I just cannot risk them rubbing. Shame.

If I went with the Nurburgrings in 19" (I'm currently using them in 17"), They do have offsets in the 45-53 range, could I then run a 265/35 in the rears?
Tires will mostly be Michelin PS2's.

Is it 19x8.5" & 19x10" setup or? You should be safe running ET40 front and ET45 rear. At least if you use Hankook Evo2. As Ed mentioned I don't know if the wall on the PS2 are wider.

C250 Avantgarde S204 Facelift
Hey Folks,

below my C250 Avantgarde

I would like to mount on the front 8x19 ET45 with 225 35 19 and on the rear 9x19 ET45 with 255 30 19.
Planned is also to install a Bilstein B16 suspension

Now I am little affraid if it will rub on the rear axle...
The stock AMG dimension on the rear axle is 9x19 ET54, 9mm less than mine...
Any idea if 9x19 ET45 will work without rub while max. load in the trunk?

Any pictures here how it looks like with 9x19 ET45 on the rear? To check more than 60 pages not funny^^

Many thanks and BR from Austria!

I ran with the same offset but wider by 0.5 inch front and back with 18. Also with bilstein 16 with one finger gap, no issues at all.
19 should hv pretty close diameter so you should be fine

You should be golden with those numbers. I'm running 19x8.5 rim with 225/35 tires front and 19x9.5 rim with 265/30 tires rear. Lowered on H&R SS with Bilstein B8's, no rubbing at all.

2012 Mercedes Benz C180
New here. So Hello...

I have a 2012 C180 Avantgarde.
I recently bought a used set of staggered 19s.
The deal was too good to pass up on.

Naturally I've been shopping for tyres
(and learning about all sorts of things)

It would seem that for my rims.
19x8.5 ET42 (front)
19x9.5 ET45 (rear)

The ideal tyre situation would be
235/35R19 for the front and
265/30R19 for the rear.

Now the front tyres aren't a problem.
They're a dime a dozen everywhere.
But the rear are more pricy in that size.

I can however get two
275/30R19 for almost half the price of the 265's
Just worried about rubbing?
I'm on stock suspension.

Mercedes Benz C250 2013
Hi, everyone.

I've been reading through this thread and noticed different setups for the W204.

I installed a set with the following specs for a 2013 C250 Sport:
19x8.0 ET45 235/35/19
19x9.0 ET45 265/30/19

The problem is that the tire rubs with the fender when entering driveways or some dips in the highway (only one in the car). I've seen 275 rear tires with no problem.

Any suggestions? Thanks
