c300 iphone 4 bluetooth connectivity problem
I have a 2009 C300 and just purchased an iphone 4 which I have paired successfully (twice). It inconsistently automatically reconnects when I enter the car and turn it on...only 60-70% of the time. I have upgraded the car's firmware and had Apple check the phone which is OK. When I turn off bluetooth and then turn it back on the connection happens 100% of the time. Has anyone had similar problems and can they assist?

i have this issue sometimes... but as you already stated above, turn off bluetooth on phone and then back on and it pairs. this only happens to me once every blue moon though

I have never had this problem, try rebooting the phone by holding down the home and sleep buttons together for 30 seconds. The will reboot the phone without loosing any data. Then pair the phone using the handset rather than the head unit.

Is there anything new in the firmware update
|
The only thing i have noticed in the firmware update is an "information" function whereby you see the names of artists and songs on your screen.

Did it cost anything?
|
It was covered under the warranty. Any advice for my problem?

Same combo, no problems. Did you reset the phone?

Do you mean "reset all settings" or "erase all content and settings"?
|
...or "reset network settings"?
