The TSW Nurburgring RF are nice wheels but it doesn't have a concave design or look to it. I have seen it in person. It just has a deeper center piece but nothing close to concave.
If you want this wheel in 19s... You can go 8.0 width for the front with a 45 offset and 9.5 width for the rear with a 53 offset (They only have the 8.5 width with a 32 offset)
Your best bet in landing a good deal on this set is to check your local wheel and tire shop/store and see if they are distributors of TSW wheels since they get it at a much lower price compared if you'll be ordering them online. You can also price shop from online wheel and tire vendors like wheelsnext.com, wheelfire.com, elementwheels.com, etc. where you can get a wheel and tire package for better discounts and avail free shipping too.

Theres a tire shop here in Atl that i contacted and they say that they want $2500 for rims and tires seems a bit much for the TSW's is that about right???? and they are saying that for the rear i have to run a 285/30/20 and cant run the 275 which makes no sense why i cant run a smaller tire.

Okay... The price of each wheel is the same ($285 on average for a 20 inch)
Considering you'll be using Nitto INVOs with these... average retail for a 235/30/20 is around $200 each and a 275/25/20 is around $320 each so if you add everything up it will be around $2,200... $2,300 should be a fair price if it includes 4 wheel computerized balancing and labor fees
