Did this happen to anyone else too?

Hi, last weekend I went to Atlantic city and on the way my control knob (the one that u use to control the in car system) stopped working, but only the turning part. I can still click it, and even move left right up and down by moving the knob. But when u turn it nothing happens, I still hear it click but nothing on the screen moves. I'll take it to the dealership eventually but if someone has experienced this and knows a fix please let me know. Thanks!

Nope.

Yeah, haven't heard this happen to anyone yet. You are the first! I always wondered if this would happen when I first got it. When I turned it, the clicks sounded as if in 5 or so years from now, it might stop working? Let us know how you make out!

That's a negative. Although mine is only two weeks old.

Huh? This isn't a warranty question. I'm out of warranty anyways since I have 70k miles.

Damn, sucks that our knob isn't working. Makes me really appreciate the knob, so much more harder trying to control command without it
