Winter Tires in Southern CA

So I wasn't sure whether I'd end up in Denver or San Diego. Of course, since I've kept my winter tires, I end up in SD.

Is it worth trying to sell? Is ebay the best place to sell them? Is it easy to mail/ship? I've used them for 1 winter season. What's a reasonable price to sell them for? I have the standard rims (17") that came with my car on them.

Advice please, would be appreciated.

I put them on Craigslist with photos (NOT cell camera pix, and clean the wheels thoroughly front and back) and finally sold them but of course we get a few snow days every year. Expect selling to take a while and don't price them too high.
