Attention about w204 engineering menu(REMAINING CHANGES RESET)
 

Hi every one
WHEN YOU CHANGE THE MODE TO JAPAN THE COMBINATION TO THE COMAND MENU CHANGES FROM :HANGUP+1+# TO: (PICKUP BUTTON +1+#)
and then finally i found out how to reset the remaining changes on the comand once you have exceeded the limit when you go to the engineering menu you go to (HW SETTINGS THEN HU PARAMETERS THEN DVD/MARKET SETTINGS THEN GO ALL THE WAY DOWN AND HOLD THE COMMAND WHEEL TOWARDS THE BACK SEATS AND IT WILL GO TO THE SECOND PAGE THEN IF YOUR COMAND IS IN JAPAN MODE PRESS PICKUP BUTTON +*+# AND IF YOUR COMAND IS IN ECE OR US MODE HOLD HANGUP BUTTON+*+# FOR 8 SECONDS THEN THE REMAINING CHANGES WILL BE RESETED AND WILL GIVE YOU 5 MORE ATTEMPS)

hello every one can somebody tell witch one is the Hangup button and the pickup button

i would assume its the one that has a red phone for hang up, and green phone logo for pick up.

what can you do in the engineering menu?

MY CAR DO NOT HAVE NAVIGATION AND I AM GET TO THE MODE HU THE I PRESS THE COMAND BUTTON IT WILL GIVE OPTION NEXT OR BACK I PESS NEXT I GET IN TO PAGE HAVING IFORMATION ABOUT THE VIRSION AND THAT SHOWING USA I AM TRYING TO HOLD THE RED BUTTON +*+# BUT NOTHING IS HAPPEN ALSO I CAN GO TO THE PAGE WITH THE RADIO OPTION FOR FM AM AND ANTENA I PRESS ON ANTTENA IT WILL GIVE OPTION TO SEARCH THE FREQUENCY I CAN GET THE STATIONS AND LISTEN TO THE BUT WHEN I TURN THE CAR OFF FOR ONE OUR I LOOSES THEM AGAIN ??? SO PLEASE ANY BODY CAN TELL HOW I DO SAVE THE SATATIONS??? THANKS

you know you are on the W204 forum here right?
W204 has the NTG4 and NTG4.5, your car has the NTG3

Thanks i was able to revert my changes back to original and the Anti theft is gone for me.

Hi, I noticed in the EMC mode that the FAN(internal) and FAN(external) are both off, is this correct and which FANs are they talking about?
