I had my done for $170 (tax and credit card fee charge included) - All 30% all around with Luumar tint film on an Iridium Silver. It's not too dark at night and it's cool the interior on a HOT day and save the gasoline on cracking up AC. I had my done at Car Pretty Salon in Philadelphia, PA 19115.

Sorry for the huge delay in getting back to you all -
I wanted to wait out the 2 weeks for bubbling to go away and see what happens - I will post about that in another review thread of the shop.
But overall, the 20% sides 35% black on the black Benz looks great!
Also, I don't see any purpling from the inside.

I got my 3M carbon-non metallic tint done. I paid 215 out the door. I dot know how long that shop has been doing tint that you took yours to but mine didn't have any cosmetic blemishes from the get go like yours. Not even a spec of dust under the film.
