Definitely not! I would never consider getting any kind of shade of black, gray etc. for my wife's Barolo Red Metallic C350. That just wouldn't look right.
Then again..., I've never been a fan of the black wheel craze
, anyway, so I might be a bit biased here. 
Just get a set of nice silver wheels and you are good to go.

Silver is the clear choice for wheels for this color. Personally, I think the OE 18" AMG wheels are a good choice if you could find a perfect used set at a manageable price. And when it comes time to sell the car they will add more value than any aftermarket wheel. I use the original wheels for winter tires since they are not too attractive plus they are 17s. As wheel diameter increases, the ride is harsher and tire replacement costs rise. It used to be that for each one inch wheel diameter increase, add $100 per corner for tires. That number has probably increased.

I will be selling the 17's. No need for winter setup in TX. I dont really have time to wait and look for a set of OEM's. My tires are getting pretty bad and I dont want/need to buy a new set of tires.
There just doesnt seem to be many options in silver.

Check this site, http://www.rimsntires.com/packages.j...earch&sized=18 they have some decent packages. What is your budget approximately? You could always go with some AMG knock offs from ebay, although a lot of people on here will tell you you should avoid them, there are still a lot of people running them. That's why they're on ebay for $600 & $700. Not sure what his budget is, but he stated he "can't afford most of the rims out there" so I was giving him some cheap options.
