Seatbelt not catching
 

My front passenger seatbelt is not catching. The release is stuck in the depressed release position. I assume this is warranteed but is there something I can do to fix easily? Or if not how big of a repair job is it? New car just over two weeks old and have only been able to drive it about a week because it's been it the shop for various reasons and so would like to keep it out of it if possible.

You have looked down inside the latch to see if anything has dropped in there?

My drivers side belt will catch when I yank fast but it won't catch when If I pull it all out. The other belts operate properly.

Nothing rattling or visible inside. I have to take it back to have it replaced.

That's the way it's supposed to work.
