New here and new to being a MB owner

Hello everyone,

I guess I've kinda been creeping through here just gathering ideas and knowledge for my recently purchased (3 months ago) 09 C300. Guess its about time for the introduction and to show my mod progress so far and gather any ideas anyone of you may have.

Constructive criticism please! LOL

Here is the first day I got her...Rainy day which is supposed to be good luck when buying a car...

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Since then I've done quite a coupe mods.

AZN 8000K Temp LED eyelid lights, side marker, and license plate light
Clear side markers
Tint all windows
H&R supersports
19" Replicas
Spyder front headlights with black housing and 8000K HID's
Tinted tail lights
Plasti Dip front Grill

Rear Tail lights after tint

And Lastly I Plasti-dipped my hood emblem to match my front grill....actually looks pretty cool....

After this I gave my Plastidip bottles to my brother before I ended up plasti-dipping my whole car....that stuff is as addictive as crack.....
lol

But I love the look so far....

Only Mods left I think will be:

Fog light HID conversion
Paint calipers white
Led interior lights changed out

But let me know your thoughts so far...any input helps....

JLT

I think your car looks great, love the wheels and the headlights...I am a known hater of the whole plasti-crap revolution but have to say the front of your car looks damn good, also must say I am glad to hear you chucked it before addiction...welcome aboard...

Very nice! The only thing I would criticize are the tails.

Have you considered plasti-dipping your lower bumper valance? Tape in a straight line from the mesh grill and blast away.

Here's how it looks.

Have you considered outlining your tails like this instead of tinting them?

It's funny you say that about the front bumper cause I literally had it taped up and sprayed it but messed up on my first application and it was getting late so I took the tape off and said I would do it later but never got around to it.......then I started thinking about it and heard all these people say about how addicting the stuff can be so I never did it....Im on the fence with it right now....ill Photoshop my car real quick and then determine if I should or not....ill post it up once I've done it and see what people think first....

As for the rear taillights, I like what you posted however I really like how mine came out...the picture I posted does it no justice and shows it darker then it really is...They're not that dark, more like a cherry dark.......

Question for you though....your emblems and the chrome lip above your license plate...is that plasti-dip? Did you plasti-dip all the chrome around your car? It looks good....

Only reason I don't mind the chrome on my car is cause it flows good with the chrome lip on my wheels....if my wheels didn't have chrome I probably would have done away with the chrome right away........

Yep, I got dip happy.

I left the chrome on the sides though.
