2008 C350 172,000 miles today
Ordered to my liking and then drove her home on June 26th 2008. Yes pretty high mileage and it is the best I have ever driven over this many miles.
I seriously get 29 to 31.5 miles on the highway, for real, and 23.8 over the life. She looks and drives and corners like a beast! I shredded a little Nopi Honda on a back road earlier today and a Buick LaCross on the highway last week. They pulled out of the throttle around 110 mph. I have always driven her hard and regularly top 100 mph - obviously when I do this I sacrifice gas mileage. When I step into her she never gives me the rotten egg smell of burn-off. She knows who the master is though we have earned mutual respect for each other.
Except for one repair all I have ever done is routine mileage maintenance stuff. The repair was a shutter or vibration that happened at low speed when changing gears from 1st to 2nd in regular automatic mode. It happened around 110,000 miles and MB stepped in and paid half the $3,000 repair charge.
Her white paint is shiny and flawless and I do not wax her. About 50,000 miles ago I had her rims repainted and cleared, $100 total cost at the dealership, but it was my fault for curbing her a few times. Driver seat is just now showing some butt wear on the door side - but again she is basically flawless.
I love this car! Thank you Mercedes Benz!!

I have owned many different cars/trucks/SUV's and I put miles on every one. A 1996 Honda CRX Si had 210,000 miles and it was very reliable. The same with my 1997 Jeep Wrangler (6cyl) which got 230,000 miles. Neither of those had maintenance issues. Having said that, I drive the Benz HARD everyday - I mean there is no babying this girl. My foot in always in her and she just keeps begging for more. No exaggeration, I LOVE LOVE LOVE her reliability - MB has done well.

That's great! I look forward to many more years of driving my 2009. I have a Silverado that I drive a couple of days per week to keep the mileage down on my W204. When i get behind the wheel of the Benz, I get just as excited as the day I drove her home for the first time.

Here is a pic, about 8 months old. Will take new ones, more detailed, this week.
I cannot say how many times the transmission has been serviced, all I know is I take it to MB when the maintenance reminders pop up. I have always followed my MB alphabet maintenance schedules A - B - C etc
