2010 c300
new to the forum and car!
Whats up everyone? i just picked up a 2010 c300 a few weeks ago and I am loving it!!!
Im not really sure if its a sport or luxury since it seems I have a mixture of features lol. it has nav and ipod connectivity, paddle shifters(a lot of fun) and a button for sport mod that stiffens the suspension, steering and seems to greatly improve throttle response and a few small thins here and there

Thanks guys!!! Does anyone know if I put springs on the car If I would be loosing out on the sport button like stiffening the suspension and steering? That's one of the best parts of the car stiff when I want it and smooth as glass when I don't.

Welcome and congratulations, a W204 is the best thing you can buy with the money it takes. That simple.
BTW. You can also notice its a sport by looking at the bumpers, fog lights and side skirts.

Are you sure your car has a button to make the suspension stiffer? I don't have that in my 09.
Is that be the C / S button next to the shift knob?
As far as I know that doesn't adjust anything to the suspension. Our suspensions are tuned to get stiffer at sporty/fast driving only.

That's a really nice feature. Wish I had it.
BTW.. Changing your struts will for sure cancel this feature. Changing only the springs, I don't thing it will have any effect.

Wow I've never heard of that button. I do remember reading somewhere that the C/S button is supposed to adjust the suspension slightly and also adjusts the transmission, C will try to start in 2nd gear and S is supposed to hold revs a little higher. Obviously both still take advantage of the cars ability to adapt and learn to your current driving style.
But the car looks great!

There is no adjustment to the suspension.
The sport button on the other hand... I haven't even seen one before but I know it has an effect on suspension stiffness.
I imagine it would be something like the agility control suspension in our e coupe, except it is user controlled and not adaptive.
