Effects of letting my c300 sit for a while

I've been away at school and so far my c300 has been sitting outside for about 2 weeks, hopefully this weekend I will be able to take it for a drive.

Are there any problems that can arise from the car sitting for too long?

The tires are sitting on gravel which may be better than them sitting on concrete.

What precautions should I take to keep everything okay?
Should I keep the gas tank full to prevent any condensation?

I leave mine for 2-3 months each year, during the winter.

I just park it and leave it. Get in when I come home, flick the key and it starts instantly.

Keeping your tank full is probably a good idea. Also, you should consider adding a fuel stabilizer because gas does have an expiration date these days. The fuel stabilizer will extend the life of your gasoline by a few months. I believe gasoline lasts around 2-3 months before it goes bad. When it does go bad, you'll know by the smell. Maybe invest in a battery maintainer so it doesn't die next time you start it.

I wouldn't leave it longer than a couple of weeks, especially in the winter. You obviously don't want to risk the gaskets and seals drying up and cracking.

How long do you think it sat on the ship before you took delivery? This is a non-issue for two weeks.
