Command system doesn't store memory card data

I've got a 2012 C300 Luxury with the COMMAND system. Everything works. It will play OK from my iPod, but I cannot get the system to store my music from my memory card. I have 10Gb of storage available, but I can't get it to store anything, no matter what I do. Does anyone know how to do it??
