Change original tweeters to Infinity

Guys, i have a 2012 c class with audio 20 ( no harman kardon ) and i want to buy new tweetes for my car. I found this : http://www.ebay.com/itm/Infinity-Kappa-10-11T-3-4-Soft-Dome-Car-Tweeters-/121171379442?pt=Car_Speakers&hash=item1c366084f2
The questions are:

1- is easy to do this? Only remove mercedes benz tweeter and put in place that Infinity?

2- can i have have problems about burn speakers and eletric problems?

3- if anyone did that im open for suggestions about other tweeters.

Changing the tweeters is easy enough but those seem quite expensive. You would be better off getting the speakers as well for much the same price.

Do a search on Infinity Kappa on the forum. There is a great DIY by Vic Viper and others.
