Minor Issue: Temperature Stuck at 59° F
Hello Everyone,
I just got my new (slightly pre-owned, haha) 2013 C300 4MATIC about a month ago, I've been so busy but I'll post some pics soon. I was wondering if this was a big deal, but my temperature sensor for outside reading is stuck at 59°F . About 10 degrees less than the actual temperature. I did wash the car on Sunday but I didn't notice this ailment until today. Any idea on why the sensor would read a lower temperature reading than the actual outdoor reading? I'm in New York and in Long Island. The actual temperature is 77°F but the thermomenter is reading 59°F. Is it possible I can reset it or something?
I don't think its a major issue, just something I'd point out. If anything I'll bring it to the dealer. Anyway I hope all is well with everyone else here, the car is great, no major complaints, couldn't be any happier! I'll do a detailed post when I get the time. I took numerous pictures such a fun and great car to drive and its miles away from my 2002 C240 which I decided to keep as well .

Actually, it is a bit of an issue as it is one of the inputs for your automatic climate control. Get it fixed - I had to put one of these in my Mom's Chevrolet a few months ago because it was doing the same thing.
