I've also given this PDF to a local shop and we're going to try it on a 2009 c63 tomorrow. Going to use my tail lights which I assume is Euro spec since it has amber turn signal but I bought it off ebay. I'll post an update afterwards. There still might be hope for those that can't find a used SAM

Oh ok cool I'm not alone. I hadn't run across anyone in the states with the European spec lights. I felt that's why the guys up here couldn't figure it out because the lights weren't for the US market.

I'm very reluctant to buy a all new SAM if it can be reprogrammed. I've waited over two years as you can see. Almost shipped my Sam to whipplem104 a year ago or so but backed out because I didn't have two cars at the time and drove 83 miles one way to work. Not saying I'm cheap but ill expend all options before I buy a new Sam.

Btw I think we have the best tails with the amber turn signals!

Ohh $#!t keep me posted. My guy hasn't gotten back to me yet. I have that PDF and some screen shots I paid 13$ for a couple months ago I emailed to him yesterday so he can let me know what's up. Good luck with yours and I embrace the amber community! Looks better than the red IMO.

Here is what he can see on the 2009 c63 that he couldn't see on my 2010 c300. He has DAS 2008. So good news. Unless this is not the right menu?





Unfortunately though for me he said putting my 2010 SAM into the 2009 still won't allow him access since it's my SAM that's not allowing him. Which I'm ok with but I'm glad there's still a way to do it on 2009.

His info is below if you wan't to get a hold of him. Really awesome dude. You need to bring your car to him though. You can't send him your SAM since he doesn't have a car to put it in to. They can do your regular service like A or B etc too which I didn't know. Along with other performance mods. So gonna go to them from now on! So if you're in the bay area and have a 2009 then you're in luck.

Anyone that wants this done in Canada pm me. I can reprogram your sam if you ship it to me or if your in Toronto , Ottawa or mtl i can drive to you.
I programmed my own car and others. Did this retrofit over 2 years ago and love it. I had to pay for the info as well but op is nice to share it.

I tried to update my 09 ml350 with LED tail lights
Everything works except turn signals hyper flash
Is this an issue that can be programmed into the SAM to correct?

Should be able to program the rear Sam. Do you have star?

Just wanted to see if both tail lights have fog LEDs?
I got used original tail lights but looks like left doesn't have fog LEDs installed. all other working good.
to test, I plugged left light to right side power cable , still fog LEDs dosn't come up but no sooner right light is plugged, fog LEDs on right one get lit.
When I check visually, looks like left dosnt have LEDs for left.. I'm from Australia and is this correct?
