question
i removed the glove compartment and there's a grey harness hookup to the side of the compartment. what's it? how to disconnected it? thanks

If you mean the AUX-connector you need to use a sharp screwdriver to flip out the "sprocket" like plastic washer surrounding the socket, then you can pull it out from the outside of the glove compartment unit.
