I've seen these all over Taiwan. Not just MB but all makes and models. The people there seems to think its cute to put eye lashes on their cars.

Hahaha it's definitely a chicks car look at that grill pushed in 3 foot .. Also that's a regular iphone 5 photo maybe it filters itself your definitely right on the creepy-ness

Not just Taiwan. There are a few here in the Bay Area as well. Another indicator of a "girls" car. It's right up there with "bedazzled" license plate frames.
