Does anyone know if the intercooler the C250 CGI has is the same with the C250 CDI?

The CDI is twin-turbo, while the CGI has only one turbo.

The problem is that i am going to change the intecoller and i am searching a bigger to put. Rado makes one for the CGI model so i am thinking if it will match my CDI model.

Depends, if the CDI is Twin Scroll turbo then maybe as it still uses 1 pipe, however if it's actually 2 separate turbo's then you probably can't. I can't imagine how MB would be able to shove 2 intercoolers in that space when one is already a tight fit.

If it's a single intercooler then you should be able to drop it in or with some slight modifications. Good luck.

Kalimera Alex,

Your 250cdi car already has the A2045000200 intercooler which is bigger.
I do not think there is a bigger w204 intercooler.

The 250cgi uses the A2045000100 intercooler instead, which is smaller.

I hope this helps

Based on perdikoula888's response, if the CGi and CDi are interchangeable, then wouldn't it mean that the Brabus one for the CGi would fit your CDi?

Well this is the message the Brabus dealer in Cyprus send me today. I have the same question you have. .

"Hi,
BRABUS has intrcooler kit for the 250 Bluetec engine not for the diesel engine.
PowerExtra Kit maybe is something you should look at if you are interested in engine upgrade.*"

They are all interchangeable, it does not matter if your engine is cgi or cdi. They are all connected to exactly the same mounting points, and pipe connections are in the same place. The only difference is the size and w204 chassis accepts all sizes, no matter if petrol or diesel engines.. just get the brabus 250cgi intercooler one and you will be very pleased. Guaranteed to fit your car.

Have you thought about the C320/350 diesel V6 engines? They have intercoolers that may be bigger. Good luck
