renntech tune ruined my gas milage. like big rig gas milage now
so anyone with the renntech tune for their c350 had their gas milage ruined also? before doing the tune I would average around 21 -23 mpg but now Im down to 11. that is with normal driving. I live in atlanta there is no room to really open her up. car has 24k miles.

I wonder if it's possible there's just miscommunication between the engine fueling and whatever's responsible for reporting estimated MPG, because that's really bad. I can't imagine with regular driving which while varied averages 11 MPG.

35 miles in 3.5 hours? sounds like a lot of stop and stop and little go traffic. Although 11 mpg is a little low, i also think your average of 21-23 mpg is very high for that kind of driving.

Pardon me for this question as I certainly have never modded my car to increase performance...
Wouldn't these tunes cause the cars to run rich? And if a tune increases HP, then it will cause the engine to consume more gas (and more air). Is this simply not the result of that?

I would tell you 100% but apparently EC doesn't have a stock tune that matches my c300 so they can't tune it...
