Euro plates (front and rear) on US spec C Class?

Im moving to Germany this month, and am wondering what my options are on bolting front and rear euro plates up to a US spec C Class? Will the rear holes line up on the longer plate/will the cutout in the rear trunk lid be wide enough to accommodate the wider plate? For the front, what do you guys recommend? Im relatively opposed to drilling any holes in my front bumper whatsoever, so I was hoping someone knew of a fairly inexpensive tow hook mountable euro plate bracket I could get

Many dealerships here use strong 3M double sided adhesive tape for attaching number plates now. No damage at all - just heat up with a hair drier to remove!

Thats actually a great idea. I will probably go that route. Thanks. As for the rear, I know they have US size rear plates for US military stationed in Germany if your car won't accomodate the typical european sized plate, but the cutout in the rear trunk lid seems side enough. Would it bolt up to a US spec license plate bracket in the rear, or are the holes different?
