it depends on what look you are going for. If you want a classier look stick with the stock grill, if you want a more aggresive and meaner look the single fin grille is the way to go. I personally prefer the more aggresive AMG look. I would go with the single fin grille.

Looks good. Hows the gap on the grille. Any close ups?

Looks good and where did you get it? Should show directly from the front also.

They're all over ebay.

The single fin looks good. IMO, the stock grill looks good too if the silver (not chrome) is blacked out like your single fin.

Here is some more front on pictures. There are no gaps and a very tight fit for the non amg bumper as I had to slightly squeeze the grill to fit in all the tabs and install the T-bar last. Once it is in the fit is very rigid like the original grill.

Also, I got this grill from 55Tech like most people. Just wasn't sure if it would fit well on a non amg bumper on a facelift w204 but it did.

Hi Mavrickvii,

I agree. How did you do yours? Did you plastic dip your stock grill? Did you have to remove the chrome parts before spaying it?

Below is another close up pic to show the fitment from the side.

I did mine by removing all the chrome, sanding, primer, black then clear coat with ample sanding in between
