Right wheel chirped while in motion yesterday, now it's clacking

My c300 driver side front wheel was chirping yesterday. While driving today the chirp went to clacking noise. Both noises occur while gliding and speed doesn't make worse so I know it's not engine related. Any ideas what this could be?

Check the torque on the wheel bolts. Torque should be 96 lbs ft
