c200 CDI tuning box
 

Hi guys,
first of all i will say that i did try to remap.
i got a w204 c200 cdi 2009, engine is OM646 with delphi CRD11 ECU.
I went for 3 places in my country, none was able to connect via OBD, all told me that the only way is using a BDM connection, and they dont have it.

so, i got no choice, but to go with a tuning box.
now i would like to know, since c200 and c200 CDI using the same specs (engine, turbo etc..), just diffrent ECU management. can i get c220 tuning box and use it on my c200?
anyone tried it before?

what are the recommended tuning box brands for this engine? i can get on my dealer the TMC box only.

no a C220CDI has a bi-turbo like the C250 CDI vs the C200 & C180 CDI have a single turbo.

oh i didnt know that, thought the twin comes with the c250.

so which tuning box brand should i go for?
which will give me the best results?

no idea i'm not a fan of boxes that lie to the ECU

Tuning Box v Remap
 

I have a C220 Sport, 2009 model and it's been remapped very successfully by AMD giving me about 210 bhp and 358 ft lbs torque. It only has one turbo - not sure about the last FL C220s but I'm pretty sure that only the C250 has a twin-turbo set up. :zoom:

we are talking about CDI versions... not the CGI

so anyone can recomand for a tuning box for CDI?

this what i can get from my local dealers:
remus tuning box
race chip ultimate tuning box
TMC tuning box

all of them have 3 spot connection: rail pressure, turbo, camshaft.
any major diffrences between them?
or just go for the cheaper?
