Traffic isn't working
Hi,
I have bought a pre-owned 2015 C300 last month in US. The traffic was working initially for a week, then it suddenly stopped. It says "No Valid Traffic Subscription". I called Sirius to activate the traffic, they are saying my vehicle is not compatible for traffic.
I am not sure if vehicle is not compatible, then how it worked initially. Please let me know if someone faced similar issue. How i can have traffic in my vehicle.

I don't know about the 2015 MY, my 2013 C350 requires the traffic and weather from Sirius. I think it's like $79 for the year. My subscription it about to renew next month. I would check with a quick call to the MB dealership to confirm this information.

Same issue C300 4matic 2015 (bought used, certified from dealer a month ago) it has the garmin navigation (map chip that slides into a slot in the console) but the traffic function does not work. Sirus says radio is not capable of nav and traffic but I saw it working for a day or two. Dealership has not returned my call. Any thoughts on how to get the traffic function of the navigation to work?
