That particular one looks like a stock grille wrapped in carbon fiber vinyl.
This is the only style I know of that is real carbon fiber but without a Mercedes emblem...

You can always check on eBay and you can buy your own carbon fiber wrap and do your own grille you'll save some money

The best carbon wrap I have used is 3M Di-noc. Really good quality wrap.

yeah wrapping it is your best bet you'll save a lot if you do it yourself shouldn't be too hard either
