Tire Rubbing: is it worth trying to roll?
i'm dropped on coilovers all the way down. I'm rubbing on the front bumper (where it meets the fender). Is it worth trying to roll? Will stiffening the compression fix it?

Doesn't look too bad but I'd say it is worth it. My w204 doesn't rub but my previous rides all had rubbing issues at first and I just hated the sound of the rubbing inside.

I got mine rolled but they cracked the paint and now eveyrthing doersn't line up correctly. Sort of regret it but sort of don't. The wheels look incredible on when theyre not rubbing

Exactly what happened to me. Cracked pain but fenders aren't wavey although they do stick out wider than they used to. I'll try to post pictures asap. If nobody knows what its SUPPOSED to look like normally it is unnoticable and looks pretty bad-ass. Only issue is I know what it should look like so I see it everytime I walk up to my car :( everyone else has nothing but compliments. The regret is definitely fading with time. I wouldn't suggest against it if you have the money to remedy the problems it causes.
BTW only the front fenders are aluminum I believe and gave the issues. No problems at all with the rears |
