Black Edition Body Kit!
Hey I'm pretty new to this forum stuff and I guess most of you guys are experts on this but I'm not lol. I've recently gotten a 2012 c250(sport) and I've had for about 4 months now and I want to change it up with a body kit. I've had my eyes on the black edition amg body kit for my car and I don't know where to get it from. I've looked online and seen a couple on eBay but I really don't want to risk buying something of eBay again because I tried buying an x-pipe but I got scammed and it never came lmaooo. Could you guys help me out by letting me know where to find this body kit.

Okay so you do understand that the amount of money you are going to invest into making your car look like a black series, it will be close if not cheaper to get an AMG.
First thing to look out for. Most of the Black Edition bodykits will be specifically for AMG models unless stated otherwise.
A good quality kit will cost you a good $5k easy!
Plus modification for proffer fitting of the kit.
Mounting/Bondo of the bodykit since you are making it significantly wider and adding more flares on the quarter panels and doors.
PAINT!!!!!
On top of the body kit you will need to get some big spacers, new wheels would be a possibility, etc, etc, etc, etc.
It's your choice what you want to do, but to me it sounds like a big waste to do this on a c250.

I've seen some of the kits on eBay I've wondered about those too. You can try contacting them directly and engaging in some sort of dialogue to see if their legit and then let us know how it goes haha. Prior Design offers a Black Series kit and those guys are pretty well known...

So your best bet is Prior but I am not a fan of their kit, looks off to me.
I would check alibaba out.

if you compare prices here, a C250 costs 55 000 euro, a C63 110 000
now lets go beyond that, a C250 will costs on per year about 600 euro on tax money, a C63 around 5000.
i can't believe the situation in the US will be that much more different to make a C63 only lets say 10000 dollar! more expensive then a C250

In the US or Canada, a 2012 C250 usually right now since its 2016, will go about $24-28K depending on KM/Miles ofcourse.
So lets take the top end at $28k.
Lets add $10K onto that and we have 38K.
Now looking at listing, just in my province in Canada you currently have 7 2010-11/12 C63 AMG cars listed. And they very from $31K all the way up to $40K for a 2012 C63 AMG.
I am sure in the states it's even cheaper than here.

Here is where you are wrong sir. a 2012 C250 does not cost $55K Euros. Unless you are in a very very undeveloped or third world country.

Like I said. We are looking at 2012. If you got 67K for a 2012 C300 then the dealer is crazy.
Have a look yourself in Belgium where it says you reside.

I can see a 2015-16 C300 costing 67K for you guys, but a 2012 is impossible.

And that's great, because without people like you to take that HUGE depreciation hit for those of us with a brain, I wouldn't have been able to score my GF's car for so effing cheap. Thank you!

You should learn to read the posts when this thread is clearly about the Ops 2012 C250. Why would we even talk about a 2015/16 C-Class.
READ PLEASE!

Oh yea I got the drift that it was US to Euro, but the reason to the confusion is we were comparing a '12 to a '15/16. So no matter where you are, there would be a big gap in pricing.

and it doesn't just stop when you bought the car.

service like what oil change? tires drive normally get same amount of wear like c250 etc. fuel. well yea gas is cheap in US so thats not a problem.
price diff. 22k for a c250 or 40k for a c63. only 18k difference.
