hello,

I am coming from a w203, and when i would leave my moonroof/sunroof open I would get a warning on my dash. this was very useful to me as i would always forget to close and i would see that warning and then close. in my w204 the moon/sunroof would be open, I would shut the car off and then nothing. I have been trying to look through the manual to see if this is still part of the w204.

anyone know if I disabled it and if i can enable it again, or is it that MB just decided to stop the warning ?

I stand corrected ,however when you set your central locking to global and lockvia the key fob the moon roof should close!!

I think you may be able to close with the fob but I find it more tedious as you have to keep the button down the whole time for open/close and you have to be standing next to the car as well.

On a slight thread derailment, holding the recirc button (tunnel mode) is supposed to close everything but that never seems to do anything for me.

Amazing what you'll find in there. But now I'm upset I don't have the Canadian version of the AC controller. It has some neat features.

thats what forums are for. no one has still answered the question and it is not in the manual.

I never really noticed this, but I too had a W203 and always noticed the warning, but my W204 does not warn me.
