AMG Square exhaust tips on a C300 Luxury?

I have a 2012 C300 Luxury -- Yes, I know it's not a real AMG -- let's move on.

Does anyone know what type of pipe setup( Y or H ) I need to go with in order to fit the AMG square exhaust tips?

and yes, I know that I will need to upgrade to a different bumper with the AMG diffuser.

My main concern is that I do not want to have to change the muffler configuration -- or more importantly, I don't want to change the sound.

Is this possible, or will the change in exhaust tip automatically mean I will end up changing the exhaust sound (by result of muffler change, as stock mufflers can not be used ((correct me if I'm wrong)) in conjunction with the AMG square tips)

Thanks guys!!

As far as I know ()

When we change tips, you literally cut the original tips off and weld the new ones on...

there shouldn't be any change in pipe configuration...

The last thing I want to do is achieve the look I'm going for, at the expense of my car sounding like a civic / teenagers dream / lawn mower...

Will be doing in a few weeks, so have time to research...

Just a tip change and bumper. If you want more power you would need an xpipe and high flow mufflers, but that does increase the lawnmower sound.

Keep in mind that the tips might not fit the diffuser - idk about the stock one, but most people who get quad tips get the AMG diffusers that are specifically made for 4.

I also have the same idea I want to do eventually

Cause that 'V12' Honda is killin polar bears xD

I like a comfortable ride with lots of power, so sound isnt as important to me for a luxury car.

Get the ovals.
I don't think you'll be happy with how the squares look with the diffuser. The squares only look good if the diffuser is meant to have square tips.
