Removing a rattle from the rear window

For as long I have owned my car I have always had a rattle from the back of the car from what I think is the plastic of the cover over the speakers (behind the rear seat headrests) and the rear window. It wasnt until now that it has become a lot louder and very annoying, as it rattles with every bump in the road. Is there anyway that I can take the plastic trim off to see if that is truly the problem. I would also like to know if anyone else has had this issue.

I've personally posted about this issue twice. Check them out and let me know if these descriptions ring a bell or if my crude solution was useful.

I've never removed the rear plastic trim but if I recall correctly, it would take a lot of effort and removal of many other parts to get to it.

In my case the rattle(s) was in 1) the rear central speaker grille and 2) the seat belt mechanism (there's a locking device that actuates when the car is braked - simply a device that moves forward under braking I'm told). Still have that issue - most noticeable when playing music thru the HK system with heavy bass lines
