Ordered my wheel set today some Hankook Ventus V12's to match the pavement. Back wheel weighs 22.8 lbs. Thanks N4s for the posting on that but getyourwheels beat your online price for the same setup. Plus they offer road force balance, Nitrogen fill, free shipping, and a correct set of lug bolts for my w204. Pics to follow. 2350.00 W/ the 100.00 rebate from Hankook. A muth****a stoked bout now

I got bleeped. My bad Got my wheels installed yesterday! The lug bolts they sent are too long! (14 x 1.5) Had to go to Discount tire for the correct ones. An extra 70.00 but they installed them for me. What a difference the reduced weight, wider contact patch and going from a grand touring tire to a summer performance one has made. Really happy with the look and the improved driving dynamic. Going to wash and wax this morning before snapping some pics. Need to update the sig pic and post pics to share the luv with you all.

What are the tire and wheel specs (offsets, size, etc.)? Would be useful for other same model owners.

wheels: Vertini RF1.1 silver brushed
19x8.5 front
19x9.5 rear
offset:
+45 front
+48 rear
Tires: Hankook Ventus V12 K120
235/35/19 front
265/30/19 rear

I saw your post. It was a factor in my decision A toss up between these and the Stance directional which were the same price. I'll post some pics then maybe put the rest in the pics thread. I like the easy clean barrel on these wheels. I have one of those microfiber wheel cleaning wand deelies that will make short work of that chore. I've had two spine surgeries in the last 1.75 years so any work down low is pretty much a pain in my back. The pics aren't studio quality but for a guy who makes toilet paper for a living I figure they gonna be acceptable to the MBworld. Was gonna make my sig pic bigger but I just can't lose Ricardo Montalban and that soft, Corinthian Leather
Anyways here's some snaps. Vertini RF 1.1 *stoked*-20160918_155412_zpsmz9ktl36.jpghVertini RF 1.1 *stoked*-20160918_155751_zpsyqk9satu.jpg

It's a thought. I actually like the factory sport height. I'm pushin' 48 with what feels like a 75 year old back on some days but if I were even 10 years younger it would be on my list. These cars look fantastic when properly lowered and prolly handle like, ultra tight.

I installed the H+R Super Sports about a month ago. The ride isn't really different at all to be honest. It is slightly stiffer, but not enough to bother you. The car looks and handles lightyears better though. Totally worth it.

Looks great! Get some MB Valve Stem Caps!

It would have been cool if the Vertini wheels had same size center caps as the OEM MB wheels, then I would have put silver MB logo center caps on them!

I also kept stock height (have the dynamic sport suspension) but the larger diameter wheels / tires lessened the gap between top of tire and fender and the more flush fitment make it look slightly lower than stock.

Agreed on much easier to clean the Vertini wheels vs. OEM AMG wheels.

It's easy to clean any wheel if you take them off one by one and clay/wax them. I wax my wheels twice a year, and the dirt stays off longer and comes off easier.

The car was gaudy, drove like a turd on wheels and "Corinthian Leather" is a complete marketing gimmick which my town mostly thrives on. My parents bought a '77 Charger and there were a lot of these Cordobas around too. Our Charger was white with some bomb *** burgundy red leather. Both cars had the 400 cid detuned motor. The Charger to its merit was tuned to drive somewhat better than a turd on wheels. Not a lot better but whaddya gonna get in 1977
