I wish we had C350 4Matics in the US (2008-2011)
I've been driving a 2011 GLK350 4M and the car moves...even as an SUV it has considerable more pickup than my C300 ... Making me wish I had a C350 (2008-2011)...but you can't get 4matic in America! To me, 4M is what makes the car even more perfect because it can be driven at any time...
Check out these Canadian C350 4Matics in the Toronto area. First, they are all in beautiful shape most with 50,000 miles or less (once you convert the KM), Toronto-ers must stay in Toronto. Second, it is so interesting how they are such different builds than the American-market C's. They ALL have xenons, Parktronic, and Keyless Go. It's like MBUSA wanted to make all C's unequipped so Americans would upgrade to the E....Interesting. I know I'm a generation behind, but these cars are great. I don't know the 205's well enough yet to compare US to CA cars.
Dreaming about picking one of these up, just a 2.5% import tax??:

^Check out the power folding mirrors, NO 2010+ 204s in US have them. Also, check out the 4MATIC badge under the climate control.

^This one has leather!
Am I crazy? All that needs to be done is Instrument Cluster to MPH and Nav to US.

Yes, you only need instrument cluster,
yes, the canadians get all the features,
yes, someone just did it on the C63 forums.
Good luck!
I just bought a mint 2008 C230 4matic sport avante garde for $15,500 CAD with 61k on the clock. No nav or anything unfortunately. Only upgrade I did was spend $1500 on some mint 18" AMG take-offs with new tires and get the tranny service done.
Guy at work, his wife was jealous since she wanted to buy the car I bought. His wife bought a 2009 C350 4matic sport 2 weeks later from the same Mercedes lot for about $18,500 with leather, full nav, ect ect and about 70,000 kilometers on the clock. I talked her into doing the transmission service also before taking the car home so add $475 CAD.
These were Mercedes dealership lot prices so private sales would be even cheaper.
Move a province over to Alberta where the oil prices have taken a dump the cars will be even cheaper since the economy in Alberta is suffering due to low oil prices.

We'll never see motors like the 07-12 port injection engines again: the naturally aspirated V6 and V8 motors.... now they're all turbo, direct injection. Also something to be said about how the only way they were able to make the port injection better was by making them direct injection. Otherwise they were technologically maxed out.
Don't get me wrong, the DIs are great and I will probably have one at one point. I like appreciating whats good, but sometimes forgotten.
