Check engine then limp mode

I got this engine code when the light came on and then my car went into limp mode and i have no idea what it means... i had a muffler delete a month ago and the light came on but i had the guy reset it without thinking and it just came back up... does anyone know anything about this code? My car is a 2013 mercedes C-class

Probably is the fuel quantity control valve needs replacing.

is that a normal issue with the C250's??
I have some small performance mods I want to do to the car like an intake and diverter valve but scared to of it'll mess the engine up
