First C300
1. Rear diffuser. Would love to get a fitted unit that doesn't need a ton of work to fit right as I am not much of a mechanic or body work person.
2. Window Tint. Living here in Texas it's going to be a must have.
3. Possible exhaust change. I don't need a race car sound but a bit of a more menacing growl would be nice.
4.HID head lights? Not too sure about this but just starting to read up on it.
5. Front grill. Not that I don't like the grill but I did see a cool all black version on here. Might have to look into that as well.
Any other tips would be welcome.
. And welcome.

I agree. If you can't confirm the transmission fluid has been changed (due at 40K), be sure to take care of that. 60K will be plugs along with regular service (oil, etc). Don't skimp on the preventive maintenance. But, then mod away
I am going to be looking at the carbon fiber or carbon fiber looking rear diffuser first. Changing out the exhaust tips as well.
If someone has a link to a reputable company for the cf diffuser that would be great.

I just got a 2011 C300 4Matic Luxury less than 3 months ago myself. Got a good price, but high mileage (90K on 6 yr old car).
Things I needed were motor mounts, shocks, struts, wipers, and new filters all around.

There is also a ticking coming from the engine which has been expected. After a while the carbon buildup on the valves needs to be blasted off with walnut shells.
You may also experience the driver's seat bottom starting to tear along the seam of the left bolster. Happens if you're on the bigger or heftier side.
Another thing I wasn't aware of was that car batteries are good for about 5 years. Shortly after getting my car I would start having issues starting it. I'd turn the key and nothing, not even an attempt to crank. Occasionally an error would pop up on the screen saying the ABS/ESP system was malfunctioning and is disabled. After searching around I learned this happens on cars with complicated electrical systems with a dying battery. After replacing it all problems ceased.
Keep up with regular maintenance and it will be a reliable car.
FWIW, a family member's BMW with the N54 did require walnut shell blasting at 40k miles, but that is a DI motor.

Tint is a must!
I haven't even put 50 miles on it yet but every time I get to drive I end up with a huge smile.
I can't imagine what the newer coupes are like. Maybe I don't want to either.
